Can I commission artwork?

If you're interested in commissioning an original painting, the process is straightforward. However, depending on the size and timelines, it is best to contact Jo directly for details on the process and pricing. Please note that commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. For more information, please refer to our returns policy.

 

Is my artwork ready to hang?

Yes, all painting are ready to hang. They have a wire attached to the back or two D rings (for larger paintings).

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options to make your purchase as convenient as possible. Currently, you can pay using Credit Card, Debit Card, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. If you have any questions about payment methods or encounter any issues during the payment process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

When will my artwork be shipped?

All paintings will be shipped within 2 business days of your order. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your painting has shipped.

 

Can I return my artwork?

I am happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind about your purchase. A full refund will be granted on the condition that the artwork is returned in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the original sale price of the artwork (minus the original shipping cost incurred by the artist).

Return delivery costs will be at the customer’s expense. Please contact me at jo@joannemoloney.com.au if you wish to process a return.

What if my painting is damaged in transit:

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged painting inside. If an artwork is damaged during transport, Jo Moloney will cover the cost of return shipping.All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the packaging process. Will you provide a certificate of authenticity with your work?

Yes you will be provided with a certificate of authenticity that is signed and dated by the artist. In addition, painting is signed, dated, and title on the rear.

Who is responsible for paying taxes and duties on my international order?

As an international customer, please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and import fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your country's regulations. Please familiarise yourself with your country's import regulations to understand the potential charges associated with receiving international shipments. We recommend contacting your local customs office or reviewing your country's import regulations for more information.

Will the colours in the painting look exactly like they do on my computer screen?

Please note that the painting's colours may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen due to differences in monitor settings. While we strive to ensure accurate representation, variations may occur.

Can I see how a painting will look in my space before making a purchase or commissioning a piece?

Absolutely! I understand the importance of finding the right piece for your personal or professional space. I’m happy to offer a mock-up to provide a preview of how my artwork will look in your intended setting. Just get in touch, and we can discuss your space and the vision you want to achieve. Together, we'll ensure the art you select is a perfect fit for your environment.
